MacGillis Agency was founded by James J. MacGillis in 1963 and incorporated in 1964. The agency provides personal service, risk management, consulting and insurance products to Wisconsin insurance consumers.
The agents at MacGillis agency are licensed in all lines of insurance and represent over twenty companies for the benefit of our clients. The agency writes a balance of property/casualty and life coverages for our individual and commercial customers.
MEET THE TEAM
Brian MacGillis
Brian is the Agency President and owner specializing in Commercial and Personal Lines insurance. He holds a B.S.B. in Risk Management/Insurance and Human Resources from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and the Certified Professional Insurance Agent designation (CPIA).
Brian has sat on numerous boards for the insurance industry including the Professional Insurance Agents of Wisconsin (serving as Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President and President).
He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children as well as coaching baseball and curling!
Ryan Bedroske
Ryan is a seasoned sales professional and very experienced in working with clients to find the best solution for their security and stability. You will find that Ryan always puts the needs of the client first and he endeavors to create an atmosphere of trust and respect with them.
Ryan, and his wife, are active members of Grace Lutheran Church in Menomonee Falls. They have three children who keep them very busy. Ryan graduated from Concordia University in Mequon. In his spare time, he is an avid golfer, bowler, and softball player, and also enjoys snowmobiling.
Troy Justman
Troy is a licensed Insurance Agent with the State of Wisconsin. He brings 20 years sales experience in the Ozaukee and Washington County area and is well liked and respected. Troy is passionate about meeting new people, building lasting relationships and providing excellent service to his clients.
Troy is an avid Wisconsin sports fan and his interests include technology and staying up-to-date on the latest gadgets and trends. He is married with two children and enjoys spending time with his family.
Troy is looking forward to getting to know you, reviewing your insurance needs and providing recommendations to ensure that the policy you have is a good "fit". We believe he exemplifies all that we hold dear at our agency - honor, respect and doing the right thing!
Janice L. MacGillis
Jan is the Agency Treasurer. She attended the University of Wisconsin Madison. Jan has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry.
Jan is licensed in all lines of insurance and is an active member of the Wisconsin Professional Insurance Agents of Wisconsin.
Patrick J. MacGillis
Pat is the Agency Vice-President. He holds a BBA in Risk Management /Insurance from the University of Wisconsin. He has over 45 years of insurance experience. Pat's area of expertise is in commercial and personal insurance consulting and contracts.
Pat is a member of the American Legion, Professional Insurance Agents of America, Military Officers Association of America, Military Order of the World Wars, and the Association of the US Army.
In addition to his insurance career, he has served in the active Army, Wisconsin Army National Guard and United States Army Reserve.
Coleen Enright
Coleen is the Agency's personal lines manager. She specializes in the placement and service of all personal lines accounts as well as working in the commercial insurance production of the Agency. Coleen is licensed in property and casualty insurance and continues to maintain her credentialing in all areas of property and casualty.
Coleen is active in community affairs and enjoys her involvement at the MacGillis Degnitz Agency.
Renee Esselmann
Renee handles customer service, claims, billing coordination and writes property and casualty insurance for our clients at the Agency. Renee has been active in the insurance business for the past 10 years. Renee is licensed in property and casualty insurance and enjoys working with the Agency clients.
Renee lives in the area and is pleased to be a part of the MacGillis Degnitz Agency.
Kayla Krahn
Kayla has been with our Agency for many years and has a great degree of competence in customer service for our clients. Kayla provides attention to detail whether it be making vehicle changes on policies mortgagee changes or any billing questions.
Kayla holds a State of Wisconsin License in Property and Casualty Insurance. Kayla looks forward to getting to know you as a valued client!
Kayla enjoys spending time with her family and the great outdoors including deer hunting.
Karen May
Karen May is our Commercial Lines Account Manager and comes to us with a wealth of customer service background and we are very happy to have her as a part of our team at the Agency.
Karen is a licensed State of Wisconsin insurance agent. She assists our Commercial customers with policy changes and endorsements, as well as completes all of our Certificate of Insurance requests for our clients.
Karen lives in the immediate area and enjoys spending time with her husband and family. Both of her children have very active hobbies which she proudly supports. Her daughter is a singer/entertainer who performs in local establishments throughout the area; her son is a racecar driver who races at dirt track Grand National.
Ashley Prom
Ashley is a licensed Wisconsin insurance agent in Property and Casualty Insurance. Ashley serves as a Customer Service Representative and is available for any of your questions.
Ashley is a longtime resident of Ozaukee County. She always strives to do what is in the best interests of her clients. Ashley enjoys time with her family - traveling and being involved in volunteer work. We are happy to have her as part of our trusted team.
